Returns and Exchanges

We take utmost care in packaging and preparing your orders. We offer a 14 day return policy from the day that your order is shipped or delivered (for local delivery). Shipping fees will be charged for each return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and complete in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shop-summit.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping fees are non refundable. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request photos or videos of items to evaluate the issue. Defective products may be eligible for return or exchange.

Exceptions / Non Returnable Items

Gift Cards, sale items, discounted items (including with discount codes), pre ordered items, made to order items, custom orders, personal care goods, and items purchased at in person events are not eligible for returns. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us.  

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as pre-ordered items, made to order items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not offer refunds on programs, once classes have commenced. Items purchased at pop-up markets or other in person events are final sale. 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email if your return is approved.  Once approved, the original amount will be refunded in your original payment method.  Please note that refunds can take some time to reflect on your bank or credit card statements.
