Shipping policy

Payments and Orders
  • Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). 
  • Prices exclude applicable tax. 
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. 
  • Online payments are processed using Shopify payment gateway and Paypal. We are not responsible for fees that you may incur from your bank or credit card company. 
  • Orders received by 6pm will be shipped on the next business day (Monday to Friday). 
  • Orders received after 6pm will be processed on the next business day.

CANADA  

  • Free standard shipping via Canada Post or local courier for orders $100 and above. 
  • $15 flat rate standard shipping across Canada for all orders under $100.
  • Free local delivery is available for Richmond, BC.
  • Delivery to select areas in the Lower Mainland is available for a flat fee. 
  • Local pickup in Vancouver is now available.  Please select the local pickup option at checkout.

USA

  • Standard shipping via Canada Post/USPS 
  • Duties, taxes and other fees are not included in the shipping fee

SERVICE DELAYS and SERVICE DISRUPTIONS

Couriers have seen an increase in shipment volumes which may affect shipping times and delivery service.  We strive to provide you with the most accurate shipping estimates but please understand that we are not responsible for delays that are caused by the courier service such as weather delays, shipment volume, border/flight restrictions etc.  

HOLIDAY ORDERS

The holidays is a busy season for couriers and shipping companies.  With the increase in volume of shipments, couriers are not able to guarantee shipping times.  Please consider ordering early for the holidays. 

NOTE ON DUTIES AND TAXES 

Your order may be subject to duties, taxes and other fees depending on your country and courier.  Summit Learning is not responsible for duties, taxes and other related fees. 

ACCURACY OF SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure that the shipping information (receiver name and address) you provide is correct as we will not be responsible for incorrect delivery addresses or unclaimed packages. Summit Learning is not responsible for lost or missing packages.
